I have some major catching up to do. We've had kind of a lot going on, including, but not limited to: that pesky hard drive crash and moving across the country. Feel free to not re-live Christmas by avoiding my blog the next few days. However, given my track record with technology-this could be the only documentation of life we have. So I'm posting- even if it's late.
The title of my blog is a song Ava sang at the end of preschool every day and it perfectly summed up how we felt during our final days in our old home. We had a few really special get togethers with some amazing friends.**
It took us leaving to have a huge group night out kid free. It was just as much fun as I'd dreamed! (We missed you Warren's, and welcome to the world, Avery!)

I've got some cute friends. Sorry boys, they're all taken.

Mark and one of his brofriends. They are always making each other giggle.

Their cute going away gifts were ornaments to remember them by. Love the idea, and LOVED the ornaments! Although Bree and I did have to do a little work to figure out which hand was the proper mitten shape.

My MOPS friends had a fabulous night out for me, also kid free. (I should move more. I mean, I love my kids, but boy is it a treat to have a night out!) My friend Michelle shared her dreamy cottage with us and it was a grown up slumber party full of everything that makes a slumber party fun.

This basket was filled with treats for our roadtrip.

And of course what sleepover is complete without some MAJOR laughing. Oh my goodness I don't know when I have laughed so hard!

Precious people...wonderful memories.

We miss our community, but feel very grateful for the wonderful lifelong friends we've made!
**much love to those not pictured here!
