For July 4th we headed back up to the lake for an action packed weekend.

We also had a chance to have a shower for the newest incoming female DeKorne: Mary
It was very fancy. We provided free valet.
That's right ladies and gentlemen: gas cans to block off traffic, and Mark and Cullen in those sweet jackets courtesy of DeKorne Furniture Company-circa 1961.
Ava and Kaiya will be the flower girls at the upcoming nuptials, so they were invited to the shower also. And what with their father out wrangling the crowd, Reese weasled her way in as well. Luckily, she is cute.

While we were inside sipping punch and ooing and aahing over towels and what not, the boys created some crazy relays that ended up in some people having to have surgery consults and one of the males (names withheld to protect the innocent) (rhymes with lark) running into the lake in their underwear in full view of the shower ladies. Honestly.

That Reese, she is just the cute... she and Jack are going to take over the world! I believe we will need to keep them separated as they grown older.
