Ok, I probably shouldn't be posting this on my blog. Mixed audience, a few grandmothers, and potentially people under 10. BUT, I just have to write and share my excitement, maybe I'm behind the times-but I just found out Victoria's Secret starting carrying a line of nursing bras. How cool is that? Who knows if they will be supportive, break after one washing, etc...but after wearing ugly-ness for so long I'm willing to try. (Side note, obviously none of the women modeling them have ever actually HAD a baby.)
Oh, and Happy Father's Day, Mark. I'd like to post pictures of our exciting day (please note sarcasm)-but the camera is not here yet. Ordered though! So that's a step! Maybe I will post a few pictures of my cute husband (who is an AWESOME dad) and Ava later...try and bury this post a little. Until then, Happy Sunday! :)

Well I, for one, am glad for this post! I had no idea. To add to the inappropriate-ness... what I have been wearing is Target's nursing tanks (which I do love, but they do nothing for one's shape).
VS should only use models who are actually nursing - and make them pose 4 days or less after having the baby. Make us all feel a little better...
By the way, which camera did you get? I'm thinking about one for my birthday... would love your input!
yes, you can be stylish as a nursing mom ! check out elle macphereson's nursing bra line as well as eve alexander's line. oh la la!!!
im new to blogger :) but im starting! add me as a friend and when i figure out how....ill add you.
you make me laugh...the good ol VS nursing bra would never have worked for me...lets face it....anything that looks good could not actually serve a real purpose...right? :) i'll probably have to stick with figleaves.com for any future children! ha ha! (i'm serious...that's where i got them last time!):) by the way, happy father's day to Marky Mark! hope he had a good one! :) we can't wait to see our friends!!!!
That compleatly surprises me that they carry nursing bras because back when I was nursing they did not let me try on their bras because they were afraid I would leak -- since then I have boycoted VS. They also would not let me nurse in their dressing room because it was unsanatiary. That made me mad - after all that is the most natural thing you can do with a child. - anyhow - how you doing Heidi?
