My Dad used to always say this to me, and I thought it was the cutest way of making me feel loved and wanted. (despite being many, many years behind the rest of their children!) I feel this way daily though about my own little chickees. I'm in such a blessed spot in life that I know is fleeting. So-I thought I'd just highlight some of the reasons I'm so in love with them today...
AVA.
Oh sweet Ava. You are chatty and a bargainer and an amazing, loving big sister. You have impeccable timing of knowing when to tell me I'm pretty or that you love me so much. Typically it's when you are doing something I don't love so much. :)

You have been the smiling-est bundle of happiness since so early on. You are so easy going and do your own thing. Until you're not. But usually you are. :)
Liberal with the kisses.
So silly.
I love that you just march to your own beat. You are happy to go sit somewhere all by yourself. I think you would have been a hippie back in the day. Such a cute little free spirit.
Obsessed with shoes.
I heart her. We love you Kaiya!
REESE.

I've only known you for about 3 months now, but it's been such a delight. You are the perfect addition to our family, and you have been SUCH an easy transition! I would have had 3 kids a long time ago if I'd known it would be this easy. (that's a joke. we really couldn't possibly have had you much faster. and i love it! :))
Look at this girl. I just put her down while I went to get the girls dressed, and came back to a sleeping baby. She is a peach. Dare I say-almost perfect.
Seriously? Can you be cuter?
Yum. Good head control. Great eater. Great sleeper. Gorgeous smile. So laid back. Yum.
We love you Reese!

that was the cutest, most delightful post...about the cutest, most delightful trio of little beauties :) no wonder you feel so blessed.
(p.s. LOVE the black & white photo of Kaiya - that one needs to be framed up on a wall somewhere!)
completely agree with the above comments. I love those girls and I only know them through your blog . . . and as fabulous (and fabulously fun) of a writer as you are, I'm sure they are even better in person! I smile every time "upside down hashbrowns" pops to the top of my blog roll. :)
Sweetest ever. Love you, dK girls! Also love that b&w of Kaiya. Framer for sure.
Any way I skip right to the 3 kids transition without going through the 2 kids one?
love all of them!!!
Love that post. They are all so precious. I adore the squint in Ava's picture because I swear that's just you minus 28 years.
Precious kiddos who I love like my own! :)
Oh! You are SO blessed!! :) precious girls in a precious family.
great post! they are so cute and are so blessed to have you and mark as parents! :)
I love those girls. They are gorgeous. And what a sweet thing for your dad to have told you. Makes me smile.
What a sweet post! It gives me hope to hear that your transition to three was so "easy". I'm pretty nervous about it myself- so I guess I'll know who to go to when I need some expert advice on coping!
How adorable are your girls!! My dad used to say "I brought you in the world, I can take you out of it" Hmmmmm, maybe that's why I have issues.
You have the most delightful little girls - I love them to pieces and can't wait to see them! Sorry I couldn't accommodate your request to sit so you could have some tots....it's an up north thing :)
Love your sweet girlies. I especially appreciated the progressive pictures. Great dress on Reese :)
why am i crying after reading your post...
