They also have come true in our very own backyard. Mark's 30th Birthday present is none other than a 1974 Riviera Cruiser Pontoon Boat. Mark has been looking compulsively at pontoon boats since we moved here...and finally found the deal of the century that actually runs. A real bonus!
Now Mark has something to do all winter to try and get ol' Bessie into lovely condition before Spring. In the meantime, it's just great for color tours with our deck furniture and winter coats. :)
Ava is almost as excited as Mark. The one ride she wasn't invited on, left her pressed to the glass window looking out and sobbing. He definitely has a skipper on his hands. Makes for nice Daddy daughter time. And nice "unload the dishwasher" time for me. :)
