This post has no title.

Ava has been helping around the house. And if you want to vacuum the table when you are helping around the house you are more than welcome.
Easter...we had a "familyless people unite" brunch. It was my first Easter to ever eat out. I liked it. :)

Hutch sported this very handsome shirt from Will, above, but was less than sure about the man clothes.

Cheryl came for dinner but just held Hutch and didn't eat dinner. We wish she'd come more. :)

Reese took her dinner (waffles with peanut butter and syrup, don't judge) and rubbed her plate in her hair. Thankfully I was gone and so Mark had to deal with it. I love Mark.

Reese cracks me up-I could do a whole series on her head by Hutch's. Like that pink boppy? Oh the things you don't buy when it's your last baby.
And the first smile I caught on camera, April 12th. He is a smiley little buddy.

I'm almost only a month behind!

I'm catching up!

This is the 1,200,354th picture of his face I've taken. You should see the recent ones though. He's added a chin and several millimeters to his cheeks.
Cute little buddy sleeping on his hands.
Best time of day at our house: dadcomeshome o'clock

Smiling at Grandma. Or maybe crying. But I'm going to go with smile.
So thoughtful of someone to put Dora's mom in the swing with him.
Megan came to visit!!! We have almost the identical pic in the identical spot with Reese. She looks equally beautiful in both. :)
Per most of our weekends, it revolved around food.
And this time we added karaoke. And it was intense.  (Summer Lovin)
VERY intense. (Petra: Don't Let Your Heart be Hardened)
And just one more picture of his tiny face.
And now we have crossed the threshold into April on May 2nd. I'm going to be back on track in no time! :)

Your birthday was happy for us, too :)

My friend Allison had her 30th birthday a few weeks ago and her wonderful husband put on a fabulous surprise party which we were lucky to be a part of.

We met Allison at the spa, and I don't think any of us could have been more nervous.
Or maybe it was just me that was nervous. Or I didn't get the smile memo on the picture below. Who knows.
There she is!!! She was surprised and then we got our nails done. So that was kind of awesome.
The Hutchkin-(as named by Michele, below) came with us and made the rounds through lots of loving arms.
This picture of the stink eye made me laugh out loud. He loves his Meredith!
Then we got to go to dinner! Yum and fun....so very thankful for these people!
 The man side.
And finally we got to spend a fabulous night at the Marriott and go to breakfast the next morning. I'm pretty sure I've never gotten out of the house for a night with a 15 day old baby and it was a real treat!
Happy, happy birthday dear Allison!!! And thanks to the Ferwerdas for treating us to such a lovely celebration. :)

 My blue eyed girls...
 We love Oma..

 Reese feeding her baby...
Grandpa and Kaiya enjoying some peace and quiet

 Grandpa and Hutch's hands
My friend Michelle...can't imagine if I'd had this baby without living 2 minutes from her!!
I'm just not really sure about this combo...love them though!

It's the end of the world as we know it. (And I feel fine)

Oh my goodness I love having 4 kids. And I'm not even going to blame being 6 weeks behind on the blog on them, but rather on my iPhone, which I got the Friday before Hutch was born-basically eliminating my need to ever use the big computer. But I've got to get back on track because our hard drive has crashed twice leaving a scant history of our previous children as infants so the blog is an important historical artifact for us.

Not really sure how to catch up-so here's just a bunch of pictures. :)

I think I've taken just under 2 million pictures of his face while I'm holding him. It might be a problem.
Love my little helpers!!
We are equal opportunity swaddlers in our home.

I violate a lot of rules. A lot.

My four little loves! Hopefully the pictures improve from here. :)
