Sometimes staying in bed for 15 more minutes is worth the pepper grinder in water and applesauce.
Boy clothes are still invigorating to me.4 kids-not necessarily invigorating, but certainly enjoyable.
My darling friend Libby, from Houston, came all the way to see us. It was such a treat to have another mother around for a few days!!!
And especially a friend who enjoys food as much as I do! We had yummy summer dinners...
And lots of goods. (sidenote: we discovered a new (to us) food blog while trying to impersonate the Potbelly oatmeal cookie from which we derived the below recipe, and a recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that is pretty much amazing, especially the dough-mel's kitchen cafe-it's real yum. check it out.)
Mexican food with Grandma Betsy. Love this picture of her with Hutch!
Got in a bonus Carrabbas date with another buddy who was passing through town...Quality front yard time...
That's it for June!!! We are loving summer!

Awwww.....I'm on the blog!!! :) Those picures make me so happy, but sad too because I wish I were still there. :( But such fun and happy memories. I'm already trying to plan the next trip. ;)(Oh, and I cannot. stop. eating that dough, and those muffins were fabulous) Love you and miss you.....
That orange dress is super cute (and so are you!). And totally agreed about 15 extra minutes being worth whatever you find... in our case it's usually Danimals hidden in the couch. Fun.
