Muy A Burrito (boring post, in espanol)

I haven't posted lately because frankly, I just don't have much to say. Despite being extremely busy, it's all boring every day stuff. Mondays we go to gymnastics, Weds. bible study, Thursday MOPS, and the other days we usually play with friends or lie around while I'm nauseous. (Whoever said that thing about it ending at 12 weeks, that was a dirty trick.)

The only exciting thing, is that we did get a vacuum that works for the first time in our 4 year marriage. In fact, when our cleaning lady got out the vacuum the first time last summer-Ava may have asked her what it was. Whoops. (reference earlier post regarding type B personality)

Have I ever mentioned my girls love babies? They both always have one under their armpits. Even at restaurants.

A riveting afternoon of reading books.
BEWARE the Strawberry Shortcake stamp at McDonald's.
If you like it then you better put some sprinkles on it. My sister started this lovely tradition. Thanks Melinda. :)
Hmmmm. It is kind of boring around here, Mom.
Ava and I go on dates on Mondays. I thought it would be nice to take a special picture of the 2 of us when we got home. She did not agree. I'm sure she'll put this classic up at my funeral.

Little Lady.

Well Baby Kaiya is most certainly leaving her "baby" title in the dust. I miss her. But boy is she a cute little lady. When I picked her up from the nursery this morning the lady told me she didn't know if she'd ever taken care of a happier baby. She is totally delightful! A few pics of her latest antics.

She has joined Facebook.

Thinking about walking.
And loving the baby dolls like her big sister. We support love of babies in our house!
Her eye is doing a lot better. We put drops/patched it until September, and then her Dr. wanted us to stop those things to see what it can do on it's own to continue to heal. She is tentatively scheduled for surgery in the Spring to straighten it, pending how she looks at her appointment in February.

Disco Bath

I haven't posted bath pictures in a long time, which is weird since I bathe my kids every night. *** But things have changed a little since the old days (below.)

**-blatant lie
Kaiya really did hate the bath for the better part of her early years. (months) Luckily, she has changed her tune.
And speaking of tune, how could you NOT enjoy your bath when Dad dances to most of ABBA's greatest hits (at 9,000 decibels) to keep you entertained. (Meanwhile I got the kitchen clean, laundry put away, and talked on the phone. People whose husband's come home every night, they are lucky people.)

Now and then...

Tomorrow is our anniversary. Hooray for another year!

We used to go to Red Sox/Yankees games at Fenway.

We used to spend weekend days leisurely touring the colors in New England and stopping at any restaurant that looked good.
We used to go on weekend getaways to DC and visit the White House. (well, once we did :))
And day trips to Gloucester. (Yep, we saw the Gorton's fisherman.)
Now:
*He will never put his cereal box back in the pantry.
*I will never have a clean car.
*When we get out it's for a couple hours, max.
*We have never been happier.

Happy Anniversary to the love of my life. :)

This is all I've got.

We had costumes. We had candy. But we also had 40 degree temperatures and chicken enchiladas and Wii archery. We chose the latter. Unfortunately this year's Halloween pictures that should have been taken for posterity's sake just weren't. But I think Kaiya's pj's are pretty cute. :)
